Carter Says Hamas Open To Peace Deal

The reason Jimmah Carter was the worst president ever? He is fantastically stupid. Hamas, according to Carter, will recognize Israel's Right to Exist. Well, ok Mr. Carter, do you suppose they may wish to start this little peace plan of yours by STOPPING THE BOMBS THEY ARE LOBBING AS WE TYPE INTO ISRAEL? No? Didn't think so.

Let a Brother Talk, Y'all!

Is there even enough popcorn out there? Our Entertainer In Chief B. Hussein Obama goes to what he thinks is a private soiree (apparently all those degrees don't get you common sense, but moving on) and says (via Ben Smith's Politico):

You go into these small towns in Pennsylvania and, like a lot of small towns in the Midwest, the jobs have been gone now for 25 years and nothing's replaced them. And they fell through the Clinton administration, and the Bush administration, and each successive administration has said that somehow these communities are gonna regenerate and they have not.

And it's not surprising then they get bitter, they cling to guns or religion or antipathy toward people who aren't like them or anti-immigrant sentiment or anti-trade sentiment as a way to explain their frustrations.

Well then. Xenophobe anyone?

But wait! Hillary's camp chimes in:

“Senator Obama’s remarks were elitist and out of touch,” she said, campaigning about an hour away in Indianapolis. “They are not reflective of the values and beliefs of Americans.” (Via LGF)

When a Clinton can call you an elitist without irony, you got problems, bubba.

In turn, Obama's camp retorts "I didn't say it as well as I could have " and comes up with this gem:

"It's not surprising, then, they get bitter, they cling to guns or religion or antipathy to people who aren't like them or anti-immigrant sentiment or anti-trade sentiment as a way to explain their frustrations."

Could it get worse? Oh yes, my friends, oh yes. QUE THE NEXT QUOTE:

Lately there has been a little typical sort of political flare up because I said something that everybody knows is true, which is that there are a whole bunch of folks in small towns in Pennsylvania, in towns right here in Indiana, in my hometown in Illinois who are bitter," Obama said Saturday morning at Ball State University. "They are angry. They feel like they have been left behind. They feel like nobody is paying attention to what they're going through."
"So I said, well you know, when you're bitter you turn to what you can count on. So people, they vote about guns, or they take comfort from their faith and their family and their community. And they get mad about illegal immigrants who are coming over to this country."

Who is this "everybody" Khemosabi? Furthermore, 'splain to me why taking comfort in your faith, family and community is a negative? Oh wait...its not a government program! I get it now!

As the popcorn keeps a poppin', we will keep watching over this. At this rate, we have time for what, like 1000 more elitist insults from dear BHO before its all said and done? If this keeps up, even McCain can take this election despite Republicans' innate ability to screw up what ought to be easy elections. In return, all I ask is that McCain assist just a bit by picking a decent running mate. And that is NOT Condi Rice.

Olmert Refuses to Meet with Carter

Olmert says his "schedule won't allow for a visit". This is Hebrew for "Kiss my hindquarters".

The State Dept Says Not A Great Idea, Jimmah

Jimmy Carter is an asshat. Even the State Dept. thinks this is a bad idea! Moreover, Kofi Annan has decided against doing this. Good grief, people, Jimmy Carter is more stupid than Annan. Go figure.

Carter: Just When You Think He Couldn't Sink Lower

Ex President Jimmah Carter plans to meet with known terrorist leaders of Hamas in Syria. Words fail me. Almost. This is a sick, twisted man. Let us recap a few Carterian highlights, shall we?

  • Iran invaded US Embassy and takes hostages
  • Carter executes a military rescue mission that fails miserably because, well, Carter is an idiot savant minus the savant (as an aside, these hostages were released upon the swearing in of President Reagan)
  • Carter gets Begin and Sadat to shake hands; Sadat is promptly assassinated by Muslims
  • Arab oil embargo, anyone?
  • Disco music

Need more proof this guy is bad news for the US of A? Roll the CAIR quote!

But Ibrahim Hooper, communications director of the Council on American-Islamic
Relations, a non-profit advocacy group, said Carter's efforts demonstrate he's a
true partner in peace.
“I think if true, this report would indicate that
President Carter is willing to travel any road in search of peace,” he said. “I
think President Carter would only undertake such a mission if he believed that
something could be achieved in terms of peace and reconciliation in the
region.”
G-d help us. We can credit Carter with something positive,
however. It was in 1976 that I began to realize something was amiss with
this man and his party; thus began my journey toward conservatism.

For those of you beating the Change McChange drum, let me just point out that our dear whack job Carter endorses Barry O. I shudder to think, is worse than Carter possible?

Hillary Compares Herself to Rocky

In a speeach today, Ms. Clinton compared herself to Rocky Balboa noting that she is no quitter. It is because of this trait, she opines, that Dem ought to pick HER not B. Hussein Obama.

"The Republicans aren't going to give up without a fight," Clinton said. "And no
matter how beautiful your rhetoric, the Republicans aren't going to turn off
their attack machine—it doesn't have an off-switch."

"But one thing you know about me is that when I say I'll fight for you, I'll fight for you," the New York senator said. "I know what it's like to stumble. I know what it means to get knocked down. But I've never stayed down, and I never will."

C'mon girl, you need to do better than this. Rocky lost.
