The State Dept Says Not A Great Idea, Jimmah

Jimmy Carter is an asshat. Even the State Dept. thinks this is a bad idea! Moreover, Kofi Annan has decided against doing this. Good grief, people, Jimmy Carter is more stupid than Annan. Go figure.
