Obama Disowns Another Pastor - Didn't know, Shocked again...

This shock and disappointment shtick is getting a bit old. Mr. Obama, why not try disgusted or pissed or really, really mad even? Nope. All Barak can muster is a wringing of the hands followed by not so plausible deniability. Our change agent once again states he was unaware of this type pf thing coming out of the church he has attended 20 years. Oh, and as an aside, Mr. Obama earmarked $100,000 for this buffoon Father Pfleger.

Time to remove the kid gloves. This guy is frightenly stupid. Or naive. I really don’t care which; the end result is the same. The one who wants to be Commander in Chief with his groundbreaking foreign policy methods has employed none other than Zbignew Brzezinski for advice. Not only is this character another anti-Semite in the Obama camp, but also he was the brilliant foreign policy strategist under Carter that came up with locking himself in his office until Iran freed the hostages. Wow – that must have scared the pants right off those Iranians welding guns.

He did get out of his office about the time the hostages were freed – because President Reagan moved into the Whitehouse.

Don't You Think as Potential Potus You Should Know These Things?

Or at least pay a fact checker! Our dear little Barry O who wants to be Commander in Chief is a gaffe a minute. This time we learn he sees dead people AND his Uncle was part of the Soviet military. How the heck else could Uncle Whathisname be one of the military that freed Auschwitz? Except Mr. Obama noted his uncle was part of the American regiment that did this. Are we taking a play from the truthspinners named Clinton and re-writing history? Shouldn't that incredibly expensive education have taught Barry O that Auschwitz was in Poland and we weren't the ones who freed this camp?

It was a gaffe. He MEANT to say Buchenwald. Because that sounds just LIKE Auschwitz and is an easy mistake to make. This isn't helping Michelle Obama's children, people. Give him a break. And don't talk about his ears.

The Left Supports the Troops....

HuffPo is honoring the Winter Soldier wunderkinds. That isn't so shocking - what IS, however, is the vitriol in the comments against our soldiers.

"If you want to kill innocent civilians and get away with it... Join Blackwater, don't join our armed forces."Reality check: the murderers in your armed forces have never been punished with more than a slap on the wrist, just like the Blackwater thugs. Time to stop idolizing these thugs and apply the same standard used at the Nuremberg Trials, where "I was just obeying orders" was deemed a BS excuse. Unless, of course, you think that a second standard applies to American soldiers, just because your country is the king of hypocrisy...

A soldier almost by definition is a trained killer, and most people killed during war are civilians--women and children. We have to stop deluding ourselves that the military is "defending our rights." The last few wars, started by unscrupulous administrations, demonstrate that the military has become the means by which the rich and powerful grab world power and resources. We were sold a bill of goods on Vietnam, and despite all the evidence to the contrary, we invaded Iraq for no security reason whatsoever. If we next attack Iran we will have become the most morally debased nation in history. The people who join the military set themselves up to obey war criminal administrations--but they must assume responsibility for their actions. Nuremberg taught us that much. Just say NO!

Soldiers are to trained to kill. Its what they do. This is a nonstory.

Soldiers aren't trained to kill **INNOCENT CIVILIANS.** That's what the S S were doing in W W II and what your guys are doing now.

Nice. But we support the Military! Don't you forget it! (Wonder if they know the almost all the Winter Soldier stories have been disproven? Hmmm......)

AP Notices Obama Might Have Some Flaws

Well isn’t this interesting! You know if AP has figured this one out its BAD. Specifically, they’ve noticed the fly by the seat of your pants Foreign Policy Obama’s camp embraces is lacking in clarity or common sense. They even indicate a fundamental understanding that Obama’s camp doesn’t seem to be thinking what they are saying through. Wow – that’s pretty strong stuff there. But hey, he is going to heal America’s broken soul, so what’s a few nukes between friends?

News Flash! Obama Lies (badly)

Our little Hope McChange seems to have his panties in a bit of a twist, now doesn’t he? So twisted, in fact, that he felt the need for great oration over it. In this speech, Barack Obama says “I have never said I would negotiate with terrorists”

Ok, then, what about this from the official campaign website:

Diplomacy: Obama is the only major candidate who supports tough, direct presidential diplomacy with Iran without preconditions. Now is the time to pressure Iran directly to change their troubling behavior.

I would think that Mr. Obama’s Ivy League education would have given him the knowledge that “direct diplomacy” is the same thing as negotiating. If it didn’t, I would hope he has the ability to pick up a damn dictionary.

But it gets better. One of Obama’s lackeys, with all seriousness just stated Obama’s gonna tell Iran “You can’t have nuclear weapons”. Wow. Now why didn’t President Bush think of that?

This guy is imploding. Shillary is right – he is unelectable. How pathetic, my little donkey friends. We handed you this election on a silver platter with bows for pete’s sake. Leave it to you, however, to snatch defeat right from the jaws of victory.

Your so Vain...

You probably think this quote is about you!

“Some seem to believe we should negotiate with terrorists and radicals, as if some ingenious argument will persuade them they have been wrong all along,” the President said to the country’s legislative body, “We have heard this foolish delusion before. As Nazi tanks crossed into Poland in 1939, an American senator declared: ‘Lord, if only I could have talked to Hitler, all of this might have been avoided.’ We have an obligation to call this what it is –- the false comfort of appeasement, which has been repeatedly discredited by history.” - President Bush

Notice no one is called out by name barring the direct reference to Senator William Borah. Notice this is fitting of many people, I am leaning toward our Asshat in Chief Carter, actually. However, it looks like our dear change agent has somewhat of a guilty conscious and thus felt a response was apropos. To wit:

In a statement, Sen. Barack Obama, D-Ill., shot across the bow: “It is sad that President Bush would use a speech to the Knesset on the 6Oth anniversary of Israel’s independence to launch a false political attack. It is time to turn the page on eight years of policies that have strengthened Iran and failed to secure America or our ally Israel. Instead of tough talk and no action, we need to do what Kennedy, Nixon and Reagan did and use all elements of American power — including tough, principled, and direct diplomacy - to pressure countries like Iran and Syria. George Bush knows that I have never supported engagement with terrorists, and the President’s extraordinary politicization of foreign policy and the politics of fear do nothing to secure the American people or our stalwart ally Israel.”

In response, White House Official Dana Perino says:

“I understand that when you are running for office sometimes you think the world revolves around you. That is not always true and it is not true in this case,” Perino added.

She promptly liked her finger, put it on her posterior and made a sizzling noise. Ok, that didn't happen, but it should have!

Mr. Obama calls Israel a "Constant Sore"

I know! Let's make him President!

Well, we've thrown Granny under the bus, we've sent the good Rev. to Siberia, who is left to blame for this gaffe made by the left's wunderkind? (Thank you, Israel Matzav).

For those that care, here is the full quote:

Obama was interviewed Monday by Jeffrey Goldberg of the Atlantic Monthly.
The interview is posted on Goldberg's
blog
. It has to be read to be believed:
JG: Do you think that Israel is a
drag on America’s reputation overseas?
BO: No, no, no. But what I think is
that this constant wound, that this constant sore, does infect all of our
foreign policy. The lack of a resolution to this problem provides an excuse for
anti-American militant jihadists to engage in inexcusable actions, and so we
have a national-security interest in solving this, and I also believe that
Israel has a security interest in solving this because I believe that the status
quo is unsustainable. I am absolutely convinced of that, and some of the
tensions that might arise between me and some of the more hawkish elements in
the Jewish community in the United States might stem from the fact that I’m not
going to blindly adhere to whatever the most hawkish position is just because
that’s the safest ground politically.
I want to solve the problem, and so my
job in being a friend to Israel is partly to hold up a mirror and tell the truth
and say if Israel is building settlements without any regard to the effects that
this has on the peace process, then we’re going to be stuck in the same status
quo that we’ve been stuck in for decades now, and that won’t lift that
existential dread that David Grossman described in your article. The notion
that a vibrant, successful society with incredible economic growth and
incredible cultural vitality is still plagued by this notion that this could all
end at any moment -- you know, I don’t know what that feels like, but I can use
my imagination to understand it. I would not want to raise my children in those
circumstances. I want to make sure that the people of Israel, when they kiss
their kids and put them on that bus, feel at least no more existential dread
than any parent does whenever their kids leave their sight. So that then becomes
the question: is settlement policy conducive to relieving that over the long
term, or is it just making the situation worse? That’s the question that has to
be asked.

Referring to Israel as a disease hints at just a scintilla of anti-semitism, don't you suppose? THAT is the question that MUST be asked of Barack Hussein Obama.

Look, the Palestinians have had Gaza for 3 years now. For what? They've done NOTHING with this. Hate to burst bubbles, but the Palis are no more interested in peace than I'm interested in voting for this clown. Until Israel is a distant memory, these yahoos won't be satisfied. Further more, Mr. Obama, Israel ISN'T a settlement. For Obama to view it as such means he is fine with Israel no longer existing and that ought to sum this cat right up.

Kos Says Republicans are Psychopaths

This is just silly. Our friends at Kos have decided that President Bush meets all the criteria of a psychopath - but wait, Republicans are even worse, the murderous thugs. I will say this about that - If, in fact, we WERE a bunch of murderous psychopaths, don't you think liberals would be our first victims? The fact that you exist to write such drivel is proof positive your little theory here is dead wrong.

Bill Ayers has No Regrets, Does Obama?

Our darling Barack Hussein Obama just can’t catch a break, can he? Mr. Obama is finding out the hard way if you surround yourself with idiots, your judgment is challenged. He is also finding that we tend to like our presidents to have sound judgment, Jimmy Carter aside. Put Bill Clinton aside, too.

Circling the waters of the blogosphere is a shot of the “academic” (in this case, academic is a pseudonym for terrorist) Bill Ayers stepping on an American Flag. Oh pashaw you say. Back in the day we ALL stood on flags, it was a radical 60s thing! Well, not that I agree with that as my Father was not stepping on any flag back in the day, he was defending our Country alongside his father in Vietnam, but I digress. In any event, this lovely shot was taken in 2001.

I think Barry O was a bit older than 8 in 2001. In fact, it seems that in 2001, the lovely Mr. Ayers donated $200 to the Hope McChange campaign fund. Hmmmmm….now why would someone who is unabashedly a socialist donate to this particular campaign? I’m stumped.

Just to keep things on the up and up, this photo accompanied an article in the Chicago Magazine where Mr. Ayers was shrilling for his book “Memoirs of an America Hating, Attempted Soldier Murdering, Domestic Terrorist”. I think he called it something else, “On the Lam”, no wait; it is “Fugitive Days”.

Friday, May 2, 2008

What a tangled web you have woven, dear Barry. That speech you gave on race? The one we were told that was second only to the Gettysburg Address? Apparently that was then, for now it has become birdcage liner.

Oh Barry. You claimed you could no more disown Rev. J. Wright than your could your white grandmother. Yet here we stand today with you sending the Reverend directly to Siberia, do not pass go, do not collect $200. Why, why this cruel change of heart, I beseech you to tell me? Ok, enough drama. You did tell us. You cited three things – three “divisive and destructive” things that forced you to finally send the old guy packing and these things were (drum roll please):

The claim that AIDS was invented by the U.S. Government to commit genocide
The claim the Louis Farrakhan was a great man
The claim that 9/11 was a result of US terrorism

Wait a minute, though Barry O. These are not shocking revelations. These are the things we Rethuglicans have been yelling about for, oh I don’t know, your entire darn campaign. The only new thing here is where our good Reverend decided to spew his venom. Was this what upset you? Because you couldn’t deny, deny and deny some more (I did not have spiritual relations with that Reverend!)?

Barry HUSSEIN Obama, you gots problems right now. I’ll give you one little hint that may be of slight help. The story that you thought the Weathermen were some goofy 60s rock band WILL NOT WORK. Abort this plan now.

Back from Vacation

"Senator John McCain could never convince me to vote for him. Only Hillary Clinton or Barack Obama can cause me to vote for McCain."--Thomas Sowell

Couldn't have said it better myself.
