Mission Not Accomplished
Let's have a little perspective on this, shall we? This "integral humanitarian mission" was carrying 3 tons of medical supplies. Israel sent in aid in the form of 186 trucks and 10 ambulances. The only thing these moonbats were seeking to accomplish is to spread their anti-Semitic hate speech.
I am hopeful a lesson was learned here, but something tells me another boatload of idiots will try this again, complete with their token American leftwinger. I would just once like to know why the left is so keen on embracing terrorists such as Hamas. Do they honestly believe they are capable of fixing this blood thirsty lot?

Israel Striking Gaza
The Bush administration is supportive of Israel's self defense, asking that risks to civilians be minimized. That would be much easier if Hamas didn't place their military strong holds smack dab in the middle of town with no shelters for their citizens. Why would they do that? So they can cry "Oh look how many innocent lives the brutes took!". To Hamas, it's people are merely marketing tools to garner sympathy - a concept that has worked markedly well for them.
Of course CAIR is now seething and has chimed in with full support going to the Terrorists that started this violence by stating:
"Despite the public 'green light' given to the Israeli military by theBush administration, American Muslims join our fellow citizens who respectinternational law and the sanctity of human life in repudiating this massacrecarried out using U.S. taxpayer-funded weapons.
"It must be clear by now that the only future offered to the Palestinianpeople by the outgoing administration was one of perpetual subjugation andhumiliation at the hands of the Israeli occupiers. Unfortunately, our nation'stimid response to this tragic episode will only serve to fuel anti-Americansentiments in the Muslim world.
"We therefore call on President-elect Obama to demonstrate his commitmentto change our nation's current one-sided Mideast policy by speaking out now infavor of peace and justice for all parties to this decades-long conflict.
"We also call on world leaders to take direct action to end Israel'scounterproductive and wildly disproportionate attacks and to end thehumanitarian siege of Gaza, which led to the recent breakdown of theceasefire."
CAIR, seriously, get a better editor. The running together words are instant clues that you've cut and pasted your idiotic talking points in order to get this little piece of propaganda out quickly. I'd also like you to visit QassamCount. Instead of being concerned with what President-elect Obama is going to say, hows about you release a statement telling Hamas they are barbarians for using Palestinians as human shields as well as calling them on the carpet for lobbing missiles into Israel. Why don't you say something along the lines of "If you want peace, we suggest you stop waging war against people who can kick your ass as it appears their incredible restraint is now waning."
As for Team Obama, they've had sudden recall and stated there is only one President at a time. Great. That works now, but in a few weeks, this will all be placed in The One's lap. The Super Duper Peace plan was just sent down the tubes and Camp Obama is going to need to respond to this crisis. I predict a lot of disappointed peaceniks in the near future as the world is looking a bit different now that The One has joined the big show.
(Thanks, Yochanan for your link to QassamCount. Also, we keep your son and your family in our prayers as he bravely serves in the I.D.F)

Season's Greetings!
Except for reading the editorials in the Rutland Herald (which are a hoot), I've not kept up with world events. I am going to visit my regular web haunts to do just that, and I am sure I'll have more to say about it later! Its good to be home!

This is Timely! Jackie and Dunlap On Rick Warren and Disapointment
As they note, liberals are just bound for disappointment when The One won't be able to come close to delivering all they promised!
h/t LGF
Rick Warren Has A Memory Hole, Too!
Rick Warren, the Saddleback Church pastor chosen by Barack Obama to deliver the invocation at the presidential inauguration, has been getting a lot of media attention because he’s a very vocal opponent of gay marriage. Panda’s Thumb points out that Warren is also a creationist: Creationist to Give Invocation at Inauguration.
Oddly enough, the FAQ page at the Saddleback Church that contained their policy statements on dinosaurs, evolution, and homosexuality (among other subjects) has suddenly been wiped clean: Saddleback Church: Small Group Information.
But Google’s cache has a copy as it appeared on December 16, 2008.
Go there, please, to read the whole thing. Its worth it!

In Counter to the Last Post...
See boys and girls? There are those who have class and grace, and those that don't. For what its worth, I'd like to see the Congress Critters with an "r" behind their name turn down the 2.8% and let the dems take it. Think of the opportunities that would bring forth!
Approvals in Single Digits, Congress Gets a Raise!
Its the Cover Up, Stupid!
I find it interesting that the Johnny Come Lately MSM are sorta beginning to vet The One. I am curious for the response of the left as more comes out - you k now, Change = More of the Same and Transparency = Opaque, or the big one "Yes, Virginia, you MUST still pay your mortgage".

Obama Cleans Up Chicago Politics

Did Obama *GASP* Lie?
Obama didn't admit to the obvious because the President Elect is a lying liar. He was during the campaign and he is now - 20 years and never heard an off word from Rev. Wright, Father Pfleger, Tony Rezco, Willams Ayers was just a guy in the neighborhood, need I go on? The press ignored this and may other red flags during the elections as they were so desperate to end the Republican reign. We are now left holding the very full bag.
Obama's hubris led him to believe no one in the press would question his denial, and certainly they wouldn't really investigate the connection. After all, he stated that an internal investigation had commenced, shouldn't that have been enough to appease the unwashed? Will Obama go with the tried and true "That was not the Rahm Emanuel I knew" and toss him under the bus? There is some room in there now that he has pulled dear Susan Power out.
Camp Obama must do something dramatic. Barry O is slimy, but he isn't stupid and he must know singing is so much easier than prison. In this case, we have the potential for an out and out chorus with Rezko and Blago; it looks like there is a chance for a Rahm solo now, too. This is not a good scene for our Dear Leader.
I hope y'all headed my warning and stocked up on the popcorn. We haven't had this much scandal since the Clintons!

Change We Can Believe In!
Let's take a peek into Obama's closet a moment. It's big and crowded in there, so be careful! Remeber Tony Rezko? The media didn't find it prudent to really look into this particular skeleton, we may now find out why. Tony was tied to Obama and to the good Governor. Rezko was involved in a lot of political corruption, actually. If you recall, people thought Rezko would be giving up the goods on Barry himself. Turns out, Rezko was one degree removed and sung instead about Blago. The question remains as to what Blago is going to sing about.
It seems Blago attempted to work a deal with Camp Obama in order to have Valerie Jarret placed in the seat. In return, Blago wanted a cushy job with a Union, and in return for that, the Union would get favorable treatment from Obama. It seems Camp Obama said "Thank you, but no". Great, glad that happened, but why would Blago think proposing this deal to Barry would be kosher? Why didn't any Obama Campers blow the whistle on this?
With the Valerie Plan in the recycle bin, another candidate rose to the top. This time the scheme was pure "pay to play" with cold cash offer of $500,000 to 1 mil in campaign contributions should a certain man be named Senator. It is speculated that man is Jesse Jackson, Jr. It should be noted Barry was and is not a supporter of Jesse Jr. getting this job. BUT Jesse also has connections to SEIU, the union thought to be involved in the Valerie 3 way scheme, so Blago could get his cushy job, and SEIU could get benies from Jesse.
So what does the President Elect have to say about this?
"I had no contact with the governor or his office, and so I was not aware of
what was happening"
Really? Then why did Obama advisor David Axelrod say this during a Fox News interview November 23?
"I know he's talked to the governor, and there are a whole range of names, many
of which have surfaced, and I think he has a fondness for a lot of them."
The Obama Camp says today Mr. Axelrod "misspoke". That sounds plausible if, and only if, you are a complete moron. I would bet we get the song and dance of Obama not speaking "directly" to Blago, etc. etc (Just what is your definition of "is" again?)
Yes, a new and refreshing kind of politics at play.
PS - Blago isn't the first Illinois Gov to be in this pickle:
1. Otto Kerner (D) (1973) went to jail for bribery, tax evasion, and accepting discounted racing stock in exchange for legislation favorable to horse racing.
2. Dan Walker (D) 1987 went to prison for bank fraud and perjury
3. George Ryan (R), 2006 Corruption, arranging driver's licenses for pay (for illegals). This resulted in a family being killed by a truck driver who had one of these licenses.
Funny thing is, Blago ran on a campaign to run corruption out of the state and NOT be like Ryan!

Another Campaign Promise Flushed
It seems reality is biting Obama right in the arse. His very naive plan to tax windfall profits from oil companies (and then giving a $1000 energy credit to all us schmucks) has gone down the drain. Guess no one on Camp Obama's dream team thought about the volatility of the oil market and with a *gasp* drop in price, those windfall profits are not all that profitable. Those 5 million green jobs to be created also as a result of taxing evil oil companies? Goners. Seems the market took care of the problem, as what normally happens should it be allowed to do it's thing. Ain't economics a b*tch, most especially when those who control oil production (OPEC) really don't have an interest in curtailing their output.
And about that tax the rich stuff? Not so much. It appears Camp Obama will go ahead and let the Bush tax cuts expire in 2010 which means ALL of us get a tax increase. (Wait for the scream: Oh that's not fair! That's not a tax increase! Really? If this year you pay x in taxes, and next year you pay x+5, that is a tax INCREASE, even if you did go to public school). Bush's goofy bail out bonanza is not going to help matters either. The One must now figure out how to pay that mess back AND fund his crazazy socialist policies. This means GREAT BIG tax increases on ALL of us - or more broken promises.
Speaking of Obama's promises to save the world, it seems a good time to recap the promises that have thus far been thrown under the Hope and Change Tour Bus:
1. Lobbyists and special interests have no part in an Obama administration - well, except maybe these guys.
2. Missile defense CUT - or not.
3. Gitmo must go! Just kidding!
4. No torture! Well, maybe just SOME torture.
5. Those who tortured MUST BE INVESTIGATED - or not
Hope and change, baby, hope and change!
(h/t to Stop the ACLU for inspiration).

Change Is A Comin’
Oh the difference a few weeks makes – not only is Obama filling his cabinet with a bunch of Clinton re-treads, he has named a Clinton (and sitting Senator I might add) to Secretary of State. Obama is also keeping Gates in his role for at least another year. Oh what fun this change is! Really, go get some popcorn and watch.
Not only has Obama failed to bring new and fresh faces to his cabinet, he is brining people back that were tossed under the Hope and Change Tour Bus. Remember Samantha Powers? She was the one who called Hillary a “monster”. Guess what? She’s baaaaccckkkkk. Powers is part of the State Department transition team – yes, the one now headed up by Hillary! I TOLD you to get popcorn! I can only guess Barry is hopeful no one will notice she has been brought back into the fold, and probably even more hopeful no one recalls the little statement made by Ms. Powers in which she called for the US invasion of Israel to protect the Palestinians from genocide.

Terrorist Attacks in India
As expected the American apologists are out in force. Included in the apologist camp is Deepak Chopra - who has made millions being a self help guru in right here in the good 'ol US of A. For the record, Iran agrees with Chopra that blame lies squarely in Washington. Good company there, Deepak.
So what now, Dear Leader? What about your plan to have Pakistan help fight the Taliban? What about improving those Pakistani/Indian relations? Methinks much of that just got sent right down the tubes.
I can only hope (no pun intended) this is a wake up smack for Barack Obama. Sadly, I fear this may be his first stab at pre-emptive appeasement.

The True Story of Thanksgiving
The Mayflower set sail with it's 102 passengers on August 1, 1620. 40 of those passengers were Pilgrims led by William Bradford. During the trip, Bradford established an agreement that required all members follow just and equal laws regardless of their religious beliefs, called the Mayflower Compact.
The Mayflower Compact was based on teachings in the Bible - both Old and New Testaments. The also looked at the Israelites for example - sure that because their contract was based on biblical teachings it would work splendidly.
Upon arrival to the New World after what was undoubtedly a rough voyage, the Pilgrims found desolate land. Bradford detailed in his diary that no friends were there to greet them, no houses to provide warmth and shelter, no Inns existed. In fact, half of the Pilgrims did not make it through that winter dying of cold, starvation and sickness.
In the spring, the Natives taught the settlers how to plant corn, fish and skin beavers for coats. Life improved greatly for the Pilgrims when this happened - and more often than not, you were taught that the first Thanksgiving was a feast giving thanks to the Indians for their help. There is, as Paul Harvey would say, a rest of the story.
The Mayflower Compact also included a section in which the Pilgrims agreed with their merchant sponsors in London to have everything they produce go to a common store, and each member of the community was entitled to a common share.
The land, the houses, all of it belonged to the community, not individuals. Everything was distributed equally - just like a commune. Low and behold, this "collectivism" or, socialism really, didn't work. Why? Bradford chronicled that the most creative and industrious in the community had no incentive to work harder than average - or even lazy - schmoes. There wasn't any personal motivation.
"The experience that we had in this common course and condition, tried sundry years...that by taking away property, and bringing community into a common wealth, would make them happy and flourishing – as if they were wiser than God,' Bradford wrote. 'For this community [so far as it was] was found to breed much confusion and discontent, and retard much employment that would have been to their benefit and comfort. For young men that were most able and fit for labor and service did repine that they should spend their time and strength to work for other men's wives and children without any recompense...that was thought injustice."What was the solution? Capitalism. Each family was given its own plot of land to work and allowed to keep or market their crops as they saw fit.
'This had very good success,' wrote Bradford, 'for it made all hands industrious, so as much more corn was planted than otherwise would have been.'
Before long, the Pilgrims had more than they needed, so trading posts were set up and goods were exchanged with the Indians. The profits were used to pay off debts to the merchants in London. This success made news back home and sparked European migration, known as the "Great Puritan Migration".
So what was the feast? It was the Pilgrims giving thanks to the Lord for guidance and plenty. Because their capitalism worked so well, and because they had more than they could eat, they invited the Indians to dinner giving thanks to them for their role in the prosperity of this community.
The moral of this story is simple, and one that should be taught repeatedly in schools across our nation - socialism is an experiment tried over and over with very poor success. There must be incentive for people to be prosperous - capitalism wins every time. Just think how much pain could be avoided if THIS story was the one stressed rather than "we gave thanks to the Indians for saving us".

More Change!
And the envelope please for NSA.....General James L. Jones
He is remembered as a strong propoent of strategic cooperation between the United States and Israel, particularly when he served as Commandant of the Marine Corps. More recently, while serving as Rice's special envoy for Middle East Security, Jones prepared a report on Israel's policies in the territories that Ha'aretz described as "extremely critical…scathing…makes Israel look very bad."CIA? John Brennan
Brennan published a long article on Iran in July 2008, expressing a benign view of the Islamic Republic and harsh criticism of U.S. policies that he believes have driven Iran in the wrong direction. Excerpts follow:
"Notwithstanding the fiery rhetoric coming from Iranian officials such as President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, the Iranian theocracy has made much more limited use of terrorism over the past decade than it did in the first twenty years of its reign....Although it would represent a significant act of domestic political courage, U.S. national security would be best served if Washington publicly acknowledged and explored the roots of this shift in Iranian state support for terrorist activities....
This must be the "hope" part as in "I hope Israel goes away quietly". Stand by for the collective "I didn't know" from the Jewish Voters who supported Barack Obama.
In more news of Change, Barry is considering former Clinton Deputy Attorney General Eric Holder. You remember Atty. Holder, right? He was the guy who said the presidential pardon of corrupt financier Marc Rich was a-ok.
Per Newsweek, even MORE of that change is underfoot. To wit:
The sources said the Obama transition team is still debating over who should serve under Holder in the key post of deputy attorney general. One top candidate, favored by Obama chief of staff Rahm Emanuel and other former Clinton White House officials, is Elena Kagan, dean of the Harvard Law School and a former lawyer in the White House counsel’s office under Clinton. Another top candidate, favored by other Obama advisors, is David Ogden, a former chief of staff to Attorney General Janet Reno, who is currently heading Obama’s Justice Department transition team. Kagan brings legal policy credentials; Ogden has more experience in the Justice Department trenches.
Ahhh...hope and change, hope and change.

Victory In Iraq Day
By every measure, The United States and coalition forces have conclusively defeated all enemies in Iraq, pacified the country, deposed the previous regime, successfully helped to establish a new functioning democratic government, and suppressed any lingering insurgencies. The war has come to an end. And we won.
What more indication do you need? An announcement from the outgoing Bush administration? It's not gonna happen. An announcement from the incoming Obama administration? That's really not gonna happen. A declaration of victory by the media? Please. Don't make me laugh. A concession of surrender by what few remaining insurgents remain in hiding? Forget about it.
This victory is further evidenced by the emails I receive from deployed friends stating "I'm bored". This is so counter to the ones I would get from my soldier (during his first and second deployment) stating "only x number of mortars today".
Thanks, guys. Be proud. Once again you showed up, kicked ass and peace erupted.

From the Office of the President Elect - More News of the Scary
I am now officially finished with the historic part of this election. Done. I don't want to hear any more "He's a good man". That means you, McCain. He isn't a "good man" he is a "good for all" guy. Not the same thing.
Tomorrow marks one week, so far I've seen nothing indicating a "change" that would equate to unifying this country. I've seen the website change.gov g from a list of 25 action items (including one citing mandatory civil service) to one very scrubbed, very lame paragraph. I've seen names bandied about as potential cabinet members that should make every one's skin crawl (Gorelick for AG? Good grief!). The "rulerette" up there is being put forward as a candidate for Barry's replacement in the Senate, despite having never served a day in public office. She was, however, chairman of the University of Chicago Medical Center and is currently CEO of The Habitat Company. This, of course, makes her more qualified than The One to be President, but not a Senator. Kind of reminds me of a certain President who attempted to put his loyal friend on the Supreme Court despite it being a colossally stupid idea...who could that have been? Will Obama worshipers point out this is glaringly ridiculous as we did to Bush?
Speaking of President Bush, what gives oh liberal ones? You told me, nay SWORE, fascism was inevitable under his regime. You promised thousands would be rounded up from libraries near and far for reading the wrong material and sent directly to Gitmo. You told me people who dared question Chimpy McBushhitler would suffer, disappear even. Yet Air America died its own painful death, Oliver Stone created a craptastic movie and still lives to make another one, countless I Hate Bush blogs still exist (though I don't know what is going to happen now), and remember Blackwater (cue ominous music)? Guess who used this very outfit for security in Afghanistan? Yes, Barry O.
So what now? I fear much of what the Libs predicted just might come true - only Chimpy won't be the catalyst. Being dramatic, you think? Why don't we ask Joe the Plumber. Anyone want to take bets on what happens to the Obama supporter/government worker who ordered the pulling of records? Suppose the same fate that befell Ken Lay or Scooter Libby will be discussed? Me either.
I am going to be pointing out all the idiot things Obama and his band of Thugs do over the next three months as I am doubtful dissent will be tolerated by The Ruler past this time.

Off To A Great Start!
Nancy is currently recovering from a fall where she broke her hip. Despite this, I am sure she was quite gracious when President Elect O phoned. Why am I sure of this? Because she is Nancy Reagan.
Since we are discussing Barry's coming out party, do you know which media got to cover this great event? Let's see: AP, NBC, ABC, CBS, Reuters, Chicago Tribune, Chicago Sun-Times, CNN and the New York Times. No questions from Fox. Heh.
A recap of Obama's first days:
1. Chose Rahm Emanuel (D-Illinois) as Chief of Staff. Interesting choice from the person who claimed to be the ultimate change agent. I think he mentioned something about not being a collection of Red States and Blue States, being Americans, etc. The rest of us know Senator Emanuel is not just a partisan shrill, he is a far left, hard core liberal known for his vile attacks on Republicans. Oh, he was a Clinton hack, too. Will we have a "This is not the Rahm I knew" moment in our future?
2. He disrespects Nancy Reagan at his first Press conference, and then apologizes. Wonder how often this is going to happen. As an aside, someone might want to inform Barry President Reagan is our hero and we don't take these things lightly.
3. Fox doesn't get a question at the first press conference.
4. That thing about not employing lobbyists? Just kidding. Politico reports the new tone of Washington is just like the old tone of Washington.
Despite campaign trail promises that special interests wouldn’t be a part of his administration, President-elect Barack Obama’s has sent signals to the lobbyists that they can get jobs with him.
...the overall message to the lobbying community appears to run counter to the Democratic senator’s campaign promise to keep special interest advocates at arms length. (h/t newsbusters).
Yes, change. You betcha.

Congrats, President Elect Obama
From my post at LGF, no need to rewrite what I feel:
I should be upset, I am really not. Maybe its the wine? I am seeing this as our chance, our opportunity to take back our party. But we have to do it, not talk about, not whine about it, get off our butts and DO IT.
We won't have the luxury of the media pointing out flaws, or making them up as the case may be, as the Dems did with Bush. Its up to us. He will screw up. People will say "oh what did we do". We must be there with the answer, and that is going back to what our founding father's designed. If we sit and wallow in self pity about this, we too will deserve what we get.
Night all. Its going to be ok, so long as we stick to our convictions.

Obama Vows Civilian Security Force
He has now said this on multiple occasions. But that Ayers book on Communism? Just a coinkydink. WAKE THE HELL UP PEOPLE!
Zombie, With a Little Help From Its Friends, Finds This
The image on the left shows the Weather Underground Organization logo in 1975, and the Obama for President campaign logo in 2008. (from Zombie).
Once again, Zombie uncovers what our press should. He/She/It, along with 'Sharmuta' and 'ExperiencedTraveler' (LGF), discovered a rare copy of the first issue of Weatherunderground newspaper, Osawatomie.
From the Zomblog:
Much of Osawatomie, which was written at a time when the Dohrn-Ayers wing of the Weather Underground was transitioning from terrorism to “working from the inside” for revolution, concerns itself with the need to encourage “organizers” who will work in “communities” and use “audacity” to bring about “socialism” in America.
Don’t believe me? Read the quotes for yourself, and see them in context on the full pages below.
Rather than analyze the significance of the parallels between the ideas in Osawatomie, Barack Obama’s personal history as a “community organizer,” and the strategies, slogans and goals of his campaign for the presidency, I will let you the reader decide for yourself.
In 2009, Ayers and Dohn have another book slated to be published. Notice the symbol in the middle? Strikingly familiar, isn't it.
Please go read the whole thing and share with all your friends.

Iowahawk Does It Again!
As a Conservative, I Must say I do Quite Like the Cut of of this Obama Fellow's Jib
When my late father T. Coddington Van Voorhees VI founded the iconoclastic conservative journal National Topsider in 1948, he famously declared that "Now is the time for all good conservative helmsmen to hoist the mizzen, pour the cocktails, and steer this damned schooner hard starboard." In the 60 years since he first uttered it after one-too-many Cosmopolitans at one of Pamela Harriman's notorious foreign policy black tie balls, father's pithy bon mot has served as a rallying cry for conservatives from Greenwich to Chevy Chase. Today, I say it's time for we conservatives to once again grab the rigging and set sail with the flotilla of the true conservative in this race: Barack Obama.

Its all White peoples fault. Hey! Barry! Your dear grandmother is white. Just sayin'
Marxist Redistribution - Legislative or Judicial decision
Which one shall it be? Our friendly Marxist must decide! BTW, this was in 2001. (h/t capitalist piglet).
Please pay special attention - Senator Obama states the Warren court wasn't that radical because it "didn't break down constraints of the Constitution as laid down by the Founding Fathers".
For reference:
Marxism -
The political and economic philosophy of Karl Marx and Friedrich Engels in which the concept of class struggle plays a central role in understanding society's allegedly inevitable development from bourgeois oppression under capitalism to a socialist and ultimately classless society.
Socialism -
- Any of various theories or systems of social organization in which the means of producing and distributing goods is owned collectively or by a centralized government that often plans and controls the economy.
- The stage in Marxist-Leninist theory intermediate between capitalism and communism, in which collective ownership of the economy under the dictatorship of the proletariat has not yet been successfully achieved.

Zombie: Billy Ayers\' Forgotten Communist Manifesto, \'Prairie Fire\'
Zombie: Billy Ayers' Forgotten Communist Manifesto, 'Prairie Fire'Posted using ShareThisFor those that think Bill Ayers isn't important to this election, that he simply did some bad things a long time ago and now is no more than a respectable college professor that Barack Obama knows in passing, this is for you.
In this forgotten piece, Ayers declares he is a communist, and admits the Weather Underground fully intended to wage a violent revolution with the goal to overthrow the American government. This group was not made of up of hippies from back in the day, nor was Ayers "just a member" as Barack Obama declared in the last debate. Ayers FOUNDED this group and committed criminal acts, treasonous acts, against our Country. This isn't my opinion - Ayers readily admits and even lists the crimes he is proud he committed - acts of which he wishes he had done more.We are a guerrilla organization. We are communist women and men, underground in the United States for more than four years. We are deeply affected by the historic events of our time in the struggle against U.S. imperialism.
Our intention is to disrupt the empire, to incapacitate it, to put pressure on the cracks, to make it hard to carry out its bloody functioning against the people of the world, to join the world struggle, to attack from the inside. (emphasis mine)We need a revolutionary communist party in order to lead the struggle, give coherence and direction to the fight, seize the power and build a new society. Is Barack Obama a new chapter in Ayers' plan to seize power and control? Some of the words are chillingly similar to Senator Obama's like "join the world". How often do we hear we need to be a part of the World Community and worry about how the "world" views us, even campaigning in foreign nations? How often does Senator Obama invoke the war in Iraq as the US attacking the "world" unjustly?
Has Ayers decided to attack from the inside again? Has maturity taught him bombing won't achieve the ends he seeks, but getting a candidate that follows the plays outlined by Saul Alinksy IS? Ayers is evil, but he isn't stupid and is fully capable of orchestrating such a thing - taking advantage of the liberals disassociation with logic in the media, in Hollywood, in politics and on the street. Just in case, they begin shutting down dissent through legal intimidation and other tactics. The Biden choice was so odd, except he is really dumb and probably wouldn't notice what was really going on around him, plus he was a useful tool. He can go out there and lie through his teeth - just make stuff up, and no one would question as Biden's dissociation with reality happened years ago. I've been worried, I will grant that. I've avoided conspiracy theorists because they tend to be kooks - but now? I've crossed over to scared and want Senator Obama to come clean on his relationship with Ayers and Company and thoroughly disclose his background to include his numerous last names. I want full and complete sentences, not "hope and change". Real, hard facts this time. I want Obama to point out an association with anyone who can't be linked to some radical or criminal group, I want the media to do its damn job and go look into Michelle's past and the Obama trashcans just like the Palin's - before its too late.

'Socialist' is a Code Word for Black
Shame on McCain and Palin for using an old code word for black
By Lewis Diuguid, Kansas City Star Editorial Page columnist
The "socialist" label that Sen. John McCain and his GOP presidential running mate Sarah Palin are trying to attach to Sen. Barack Obama actually has long and very ugly historical roots.
J. Edgar Hoover, director of the FBI from 1924 to 1972, used the term liberally to describe African Americans who spent their lives fighting for equality...
McCain and Palin have simply reached back in history to use an old code word for black. It set whites apart from those deemed unAmerican and those who could not be trusted during the communism scare.
Shame on McCain and Palin.

Powell Endorses Obama - I say disappointing, but whatever.
What is disappointing about it, however, is that it stabs in the back those serving in the armed forces. The person Powell has chosen to support has based the majority of his campaign on the war in Iraq being unjust. In fact, Obama and his supporters have yelled from the mountain tops that Bush lied to get us in this war, they misled us on pre-war intelligence and are all a bunch of war criminals. General Powell was the most visible supporter and architect of why we went into Iraq! Has General Powell done what he needed to do to avoid the Obama Iraq Inquisition Trials of 2009? Is this why General Powell chose to wait until now rather than 6, 8, 12 months ago? Does he think "Holy cow, this cat might actually get elected and go through with his war crimes trials! Quick, how much is my soul worth?"
The left, of course, is just beside themselves with excitement for this announcement. Why? How do they justify embracing this person who "lied to the American people to start a war" and is a "war criminal"? Supporting Barry wipes the slate clean much like erasing it from the official Obama website suddenly makes it disappear from reality? Barack is trumpeting this as acknowledgement of his foreign policy experience, but again it begs the question: Does Barack not think General Powell would have been present at all those meetings where Rove, Cheney and W dreamed up all that fake pre-war intelligence? If General Powell was so opposed to this invasion, why didn't he stand up and say so when it would have made a difference? Was he lying then? Now?
Right wing pundits are stating General Powell has done this for no other reason but race. Powell did say that wasn't the reason, but went on to state electing a black president would be “electrifying.” Despite serving under 3 Republicans (Reagan, Bush and W) who promoted him to Four Star General, then Secretary of State AND named his son head of the FCC, General Powell feels the party is "narrow" and racist. Though I don't believe its the sole reason, I can't help but feel it played a big part in the decision making process.
This too is disappointing. Supporting, or opposing, any candidate based on their color is wrong. I am unable to wrap my brain around how rabid people get when faced with the idea that some white guy won't vote for a black candidate just because of race, but then are completely OK with the idea of a black guy voting for a black guy purely because of his race. Isn't that really the same thing as the black guy not voting for the white guy because of his race?
Dr. Martin Luther King was pretty clear when his idea of racial equality was a day when his children would live in a nation where they would not be judged by the color of their skin, but by the content of their character. There wasn't an exception in that speech allowing for black people to support other black people out of racial solidarity without regard to the suitability for the position the supported black person is seeking.
So, leftists out there, enjoy your Colin Powell endorsement. You've saved us all the inevitable endless loops of the the good General on CNN reviewing the pre-war intelligence with EVIL WAR CRIMINAL and LIAR scrolling across the bottom had he chosen to endorse McCain

Barack Obama Wrote a Review for Ayers' Book
Our favorite undead Zombie, who is having to spend a lot of time running away from being recruited by ACORN, has turned up even more evidence that Obama and Ayers' relationship is a bit stronger than the Hope and Change Meister would have you believe.
I'm with he/she/it - there is just NO plausible way Barry didn't know who or what Bill Ayers was.
I Am Joe and Then Some!
and possibly even a bit Alaskan.
Lies, Damn Lies and WTF?
Firstly, Joe NEVER said he earned this amount of money - what he said was he wanted to buy a business that would earn this amount of money. But why let facts get in the way of a good quashing free speech moment? Obama modus operendi is to ignore truth and begin an all hands on deck intimidation and smear campaign. In this case he wants to make it about Joe the Person to deflect from the fact BHO revealed his true communist thoughts with is redistribution of wealth comment! When Obama's support for infanticide was being discussed, he attacked Gianna Jesson. When his ties to terrorist Bill Ayers being slightly more than some guy down the street started to be revealed, he attacked Stanley Kurtz. And now its Joe's turn.
Speaking of Bill Ayers, there might be more to this than orginally thought. He just may have been the ghost author of Barry's memoirs -
During the debate, Obama claimed he worked with Ayers on education reform under the auspices of Annenberg being a friend of Ronald Reagan, therefore it couldn't have funded a "radical" education program. Press BS button now, and then read this.
Then there is the ACORN issue. As you may recall, Dear Leader stated he was not really associated with this group with the one SLIGHT exception of their Motor Voter campaign. Turns out this is *shock* a damn lie. Gateway Pundit has an interesting piece on Barry's involvement that shows it was a bit more than one small project, and shows Barry was, in fact, an organizer for this group. We've linked to video showing how involved b. Hussein Obama was in this campaign, and there is more on Obama's big lie here.
Hope and change.

Debate Recap
Economy is ill – market tanked. What say you?
McCain – Thanks to Barry’s incompetent and corrupt friends, the housing market crashed. We must reform this as I have been saying (and have the letter to prove it, where is your letter, Barry?). I don’t like having to use tax payer money to bail out losers, but I am left with no choice at this point, thank you Democrat Congress. Explains another socialist banking plan, but at least apologizes for it. Points out tax cuts must happen, really the only tried and true solution. By the way, Barry is going to tax the living snot out of you, Joe the Plumber!
Obama – As Dear Leader, I will cut taxes for 95% of Americans even though 40% of Americans don’t even PAY taxes. Free money for all! I am not going to tax you, Joe the Plumber! Unless you make over $250K, then all bets are off! Where did I get that number? Dunno, it just sounded good. But I am also going to tax EVIIILLLL corporations. I call it my EVILLLLLL Corporation Tax and the more evil I deem you, the more you pay. Exxon Mobile? Get out the “going out of business” signs! BWHAHAHAHAHA
McCain – Look, World Leader. The
Lots of bad stuff being said to each other. Can’t we all get along?
McCain – He started it. Every time I turn around, he is saying something negative about me – making shiz up even. Today! a George Wallace comparison and very ugly things said. Are you going to repudiate that, Senator Obama?
Obama – no
McCain – see?
Obama – You said I pal around with terrorists and am a liar!
McCain – Only because you do and you are.
Obama – (seething):
On Ayers: I was 8 when Ayers did bad things. Blah blah. We were on a board about school reform – headed by Reagan’s great friend, Annenberg. He is not on my campaign for the last time!
McCain - The “I was only 8” has lost its sparkle. You weren’t 8 when you served on the Annenberg Challenge, and you weren’t 8 when you had your political coming out party at the Ayer’s abode. You weren’t 8 when he was published standing on the American flag 9/11/2001, where he also announced he felt he hadn’t done enough during his Weatherman years. (What should have been added - Oh by the way, it wasn’t some group he joined – it was a domestic terrorist group he FOUNDED. Simply shaking your head saying it isn’t true and deleting references from your website doesn’t cut it – there are documents proving all of the above happened. Tells us, Barry. How’d that school reform thing actually work out? One more thing, did anyone let you know Annenberg was somewhat dead while you served on that board so although eligible to vote under ACORN rules, he was not endorsing your Marxist indoctrination plan. When did anyone accuse you of having Ayers on your campaign staff? The issue isn’t Ayers advising you, it’s the past association we want to know about. I’ll wait why you explain that.
Obama – Stop with the ACORN. I only worked on Motor Voter.
McCain - just motor voter? Seriously? Barry, have you heard of this little thing on the internet called “Youtube”?
The My Running Mate can beat up Your Running Mate question –
Obama on Biden – He has the best foreign quality experience. For example, that brilliant strategy to divide up
Obama on Palin – (invoking Hillary Clinton) She is quite capable.
McCain on Palin –( I think he said she was a “breast of fresh air” and then corrected it – its not running all over the news, so maybe I misheard. If he did say it, that is pretty close to a Biden scale gaffe!) Lots of examples as to how “Senator” Palin took on the Alaskan Good Ole Boys network. (He returned to her correct title of Governor the rest of the evening) knows about energy reform which we need, so yep, she is top notch.
McCain on Biden – well if by qualified you mean he is over 35 and a native born citizen, I suppose he is. (not really, but close enough and that is what he was thinking)
Free Trade! Or Not!
McCain – important for our economy, need to keep going with
Obama – After studying history with Joe Biden, I need to say that NAFTA is Bush’s fault. He used the Rovian Mind Meld which forced
McCain then Hoovered Obama, then McCain drew attention to O’s “eloquence” which is a buzzword for lie.
Health Care -
Obama tells us a little story about 2 laid off ladies with no health insurance, and then rambles on, and on about socialized health care that isn’t really, it’s only socialized if you don’t get it through work.
McCain – the give and take health care plan, free choice, lowered taxes
Obama – companies will stop covering if they find out people can use their own money to buy a plan (but they won’t if they know the government will pick up the tab totally under the Obama plan?)
McCain – if you want socialized medicine, go stand in line for care in
Obama – “Y’all heard my plan”
Education –
Obama – I have this little program I like to call the “Whitney Houston Education Reform Act”. I believe our children are our future…
McCain – ok then – I think parents should be able to do what we do, Barry and send them to good schools. Bad teachers, outta there. Use vouchers, they work.
Obama – I don’t like bad teachers either! Ummm..I mean, re-train them 53 times, THEN fire them (sorry teacher’s union, please still send me your cash). Can we sing again? I BELIEVE CHILDREN ARE THE FUTURE, AND I HATE PLUMBERS NAMED JOE….
SCOTUS
McCain – after dancing, “I will put in judges who follow the Constitution as it is written and not legislate from the bench” This dingbat over here blocked a great judge and voted against others for ideological reasons.
O – I will put in judges who will think about the Constitution, but then rule for the greater good of the people. I voted against those judges because they don’t believe the Constitution is nuanced.
Abortion-
McCain – Roe v. Wade is a bad decision. Up to states, federalists, but if it was up to me? Nope. Adopt. Better for the child.
O – Roe v. Wade is right on the money in the right to privacy clause written in invisible ink in the constitution. Must have abortion – at all costs. Health of mother.
McCain – eloquence again. Health is stretched to anything. But if you care about health so much, what about those babies born alive that you wouldn’t give care too?
O – no, doctors must do to some oath or something like that. Didn’t matter if I voted no to appease! Plus, babies are burdens.
Summary –
McCain – we do not need any more taxes. The democrat congress for the last 2 years have screwed us all. Do you REALLY want to put this guy in for the grand finale?
O – I will have the federal gov’t more involved in schools, healthcare, unicorn trade, business and pay for everyone’s house all the while lowering taxes for 95% of the American population. Then some other line of crap - in all honesty I have no idea what he said.
Observation – if Obama answers second, he does great. Why? He repeats the question and then repeats McCain’s answer! If he goes first, he stumbles. Interesting.

Debate Article in PAST Tense?
By BETH FOUHY, Associated Press Writer 1 hour, 3 minutes ago
HEMPSTEAD, N.Y. - John McCain sought to change the course of a campaign moving decidedly in Barack Obama's direction Wednesday night in the third and final presidential debate. With less than three weeks until the Nov. 4 election, the 90-minute debate focusing on the economic crisis offered the Republican senator from Arizona what could be one of his last big chances to persuade voters to give the race another look.
Polls show Obama, the senator from Illinois, with a clear lead nationally and in several key battleground states.
McCain was keenly aware of the stakes he faced after two debates in which supporters suggested he was insufficiently forceful against Obama...Friday, October 10, 2008
Palin Found to Have Abused Her Power
The trooper in "troopergate" tasered his 10 year old stepson, was caught drinking on duty, threatened to kill his father-in-law and managed to earn the following quote from Col. Grimes, who was at the helm of the Police department:
"The record clearly indicates a serious and concentrated pattern of unacceptable and at times, illegal activity occurring over a lengthy period, which establishes a course of conduct totally at odds with the ethics of our profession” and "This discipline is meant to be a last chance to take corrective action. You are hereby given notice that any further occurrences of these types of behaviors or incidents will not be tolerated and will result in your termination".
My review board says any self respecting Public Safety Officer would have hauled this guy up, taken his badge, gun and uniform and sent him out the front gate so quickly it would have left tire marks.
If Monegram was unable to decipher that this trooper was a more than a few bricks short of a load and a danger to himself and others, he is clearly too stupid to be a Public Safety Officer.
A friend found some consolation in this finding and wrote: "So, this means more Dems will vote Palin now, right?"
Update - True to my very obsessive form, I read the report. This paragraph appears to be missing from all the news articles - wonder why? Its a great big mystery. So, without further ado - the final paragrah:
"I find that, although Walt Monegan's refusal to fire Trooper Michael Wooten was not the sole reason he was fired by Governor Sarah Palin, it was likely a contributing factor to his termination as Commissioner of Public Safety. In spite of that, Governor Palin's firing of Commissioner Monegan was a proper and lawful exercise of her constitutional and statutory authority to hire and fire executive branch department heads." - emphasis mine.

Debate Part Deux - The Final Chapter
Obama - Good thing you asked that. So, I have a plan. Its big. Blah blah, big big plan full of hope. Not a bad plan like Bush and McCain, their plan is bad. My plan? numbers, figures, numbers, blah blah. Government will save you and do everything. Big, costly plan.
McCain - The government is stinkeroo at stuff, so why the heck should they have health care? I say take this tax credit and go forth and get yourself the plan you want, its a free country so long as Obama doesn't get elected! And forget these stupid don't get health care from that state because you don't live there laws! No! Free market = lower costs! Just say no to socialism!
Obama - Wait! You can't do that! If you do that they will go to lawless states like Delaware! Health Care is a right! Joe Biden Version Constitution says so! We replaced that stupid free speech clause with "Health care for all"! Health care for small business, too! Except the screw 'em sector, not them. Oh, and my mom died of cancer fighting for coverage because it was a pre-existing issue. She was on the phone! She had to call! I couldn't call for her because I was too busy shunning my white family! But I will call for you! By the way, what is a commodity?
Question 7 - How will you lead with peace?
McCain - PEACE THROUGH SUPERIOR FIRE POWER. Because we can kick ass, we keep peace here, there, everywhere. I know, I 've done it. Wait for the right moment, and then BLAMMO, kick some commie butt, result? Peace. Obama? Shoot, he said the surge wouldn't work. Still says that. Because he is dumber than Biden when it comes to such things.
Obama - McCain is right again. I don't understand. I don't like this war, and I want a do over so I can stop it by waving this white flag here. McCain is right that America is great. But we should not be braggarts. We should not point out we are great, we should let other countries have a chance to feel superior, even if that means they might try to shoot us or something. We deserve it. But we should stop genocide in Darfur, because that is just plain evil, killing people because of their race. But putting people in wood chippers is ok. And we shouldn't stop genocide if it will take longer than 10 minutes, or if someone gets hurt or its hard. But from the air - that is ok, because then no one gets dead or anything. Maybe if we stop being so pushy other countries will help and do this. If we give them a puppy and say pretty please they will.
McCain - Obama decoder ring needed again - this time it says you are a Lilly livered cowering coward that wants to surrender instead of fighting like a man. I know how to fight like a man, need experience, not rhetoric. Cool, even experience.
Question 8 - So, you say you want to invade Pakistan?
Obama - BUSH! ROVE! McCAIN! Bush sucks! We are in Iraq and need to get out!
McCain - I love me some Teddy Roosevelt. Speak softly, carry big stick. That guy? Speaks loud and long, little tiny stick if you know what I mean.
Obama - Ok, so we shouldn't invade Pakistan unless we do. McCain says I am inexperienced. Well so what, he sang "Bomb Iran!"
McCain - Its a vet thing, you wouldn't understand.
Obama - Should have killed Osama Bin Laden and there would be instant world wide peace. I will kill him. Just you wait. I am making a transmorgifier in my basement and then I will kill him without really killing him. But there will be peace.
McCain - yeah, you do that. Meanwhile, I am going to go ahead and listen to my friend here, Gen. Patraus.
Question 9 - Oh NOES! RUSSIA! COLD WAR!
McCain - Putin can KMA. I told him before, I'll tell him again.
Obama - ME TOO! He can...what McCain said! Only I said it more! And better! But I must add this - give money to the world - yes, lots of your money to foreigners. Its the only way! That and we must predict when other countries don't like us and situations that might happen - because we need to get the white flag factories all revved up so we can surrender before anything actually starts!
Brokaw - Russia = evil empire?
Obama - ummmm.....uh.....well....uh....do they get this channel in Russia? hmmmm....they sort of act kinda bad, sometimes.....
McCain - Once again, we need to drill here. Drill and drill some more. Energy needs to come from America brought to you by Americans. The Ruskies? They know I will send their fur hat wearin' fannies right back to the 18th century if they look at me funny.
Question 10 - Support Israel? Even if we have to take on Iran?
McCain - Let me shake your hand, you are a retired Navy Chief and a hero. I bow down to you, and your great service to this country. It is because of you that I am putting up with Pinocchio over there. You give me strength. Israel is the bomb, no pun intended, and messing with her is messing with me. The UN is craptastic. Need a new organization that has cojones. See above Russia comments - same goes for you Ahmadinejad!
Obama - Don't touch me, Navy Boy. Oh yes - those mullahs are not very nice. Nope, they aren't for hope and change. Won't ever take military option off the table, but we might be in another room discussing the weather and such. But it will be there. If I can find it under this pile of mail...
Question 11 - The Zen End. What the heck don't you know?
Obama - can I phone a friend? Michelle? I really know just about everything, so this is hard to answer. ummm...well....can I ask McCain because if he says something I like, I can just say "McCain is right, but I thought of it first so its really my idea"....ummm...I don't know what it means to be American, but that's pretty much ok because, you know, I am for hope and change, and I'll make sure that everyone knows that being an Obama American means the government, well specifically me, your dear leader, will show you the way.
McCain - Wowzers. Well, to start, I don't know what that yahoo is going to do the first time a crazazy Middle Eastern leader yells BOO! Or what he will do when Putin looks at him with his big hairy eyeballs. Some of the options he has suggested lead me to believe the outcome won't be good at all for us Americans. I know what I would do, and it would be steady as she goes...with a swift kick when necessary. I know what "when necessary" means because I have experience. And my friends aren't terrorists.
The End.

The Debate Redux - Part Uno
Question 1 - So, the economy is all screwed up and no one knows what to do. What do you do and what’s in it for me?
Obama - We shouldn’t be afraid, but LOOK OUT HERE COMES THE NEXT GREAT DEPRESSION!!! Bush, blah, blah, firing squad for CEOS, Bush, McCain, blah blah, and for you, the little people, more policies.
McCain – I have a plan that does not include anywhere the word “Bush”. Energy from here, money stays here and doesn’t buy Ahmadinejad’s wife new burkas, your money stays under your mattress, oh! And I almost forgot! Treasury Sec will buy up mortgages and renegotiate the terms to make them more favorable for you. Sound good?
Brokaw (who was an interesting shade of orange) – Who is the new SecTreas, pray tell?
McCain – anyone but you, because you are orange. Oh, I don’t know…lemme think. Warren Buffet? Nahhhh….Meg Whitman? Yeah, she would be pretty good, and since she isn’t working for ebay any longer, she probably has the time. You know about ebay, right? You have listed all your worldly belongings on there recently to pay your mortgage that the damn dems screwed up. (oh wait, that is what he was SUPPOSED to say, but didn’t).
Obama – Me? I have to pick someone? Hey! I know Warren, too! We had watercress sandwiches just the other day at the club. Oh, did you ask a question? Bush! I mean its his fault, ummmm…yeah.
Question 2 – Déjà vu, so this bailout, WTF?
McCain – Fannie and Freddie are all f’d up, thanks to Obama’s socialist demoncrat friends. Oh, and guess who is second place in receiving blood money from the idiots running Freddie and Fannie? Not me! Oh no, that would be BARACK OBAMA. What’d you do with the money, Barry? Enquiring minds want to know.
Obama – Wow. McCain is really, really dumb. I don’t know anyone named Fannie or Freddie. I wrote a letter, I tried to fix it, but it didn’t work! No one listened, I am not all that effective! Ummmm…but people staying in their houses, that is a great idea – but uhh..not how McCain said they should. Bloviate, blah blah…have to take care of really important financial stuff. REALLY important. And big. Big big financial doings. Yep.
McCain – letter? Obama, I wrote a letter saying do something dammit because the yahoos controlling this congress are running it right in the ground and your name so was not on that letter… sheesh. Americans are wonderful and really smart.
Question 3 – You guys both suck. Tell me, which one of you sucks less?
Obama – Did you just say I suck? Let me tell you who sucks around here. BUSH. Bush is the king of suck. You know why? Because he is BUSH. McCain sucks too. Why? Because he is Bush. And…um…Washington lobbyists suck too. We need more policies. I have decided that I like the Biden version of the Constitution, so I am going to spend your money on key issues, congress rules be damned! Did I mention Bush sucks? Ok.
McCain – That was interesting. You know what really sucks? Obama’s ability to spend money like we print it up down the street. Billions, he spends and when he finally gets a coherent sentence out, we learn he wants to spend billions more. On a damn projector, people, your messiah spent 3 million dollars! Do you not get that he is going to take all of your money and for what? A multimillion dollar projector that you, middle class American, could go to staples and buy for like $50? We need to focus on energy independence which will create lots and lots of jobs. And if I am President, you get to actually keep the paycheck that you earn! Now that is novel reform right there. Oh, and guess what kind of energy? We need to drill, baby, drill. We shouldn’t be giving hard earned American cash to those terrorists just so they can use it on more weapons to kill our Soldiers! That is damn crazy talk, sending our money there. You know what else? Nuclear. Yep. Nuclear. And guess what? We have the technology to do that and do it well. And there will be jobs. GO AMERICA!
Obama - grimace.
Brokaw – And how will you prioritize these issues? What first?
McCain – prioritize? This is America! We will do them all, and do them all well because we can! When you have a brain, you can use it! A foreign concept to some, I realize, but I am able to reach across the aisle and work some deals. Like McCain/Feingold, and when I worked with Kennedy. (and right at this moment, thousands of Republicans threw up – ed)
Obama – we must prioritize. Yes. We should. We can’t do things all at one time, oh no. We can’t do them all at once, either. We can go to the moon, Alice! And then get health care all shored up, and the bills won’t have tons of extras because I will just pick the parts I like!
McCain – Obama, you cannot be this stupid, can you? There is NO line item veto and you know why? YOUR PARTY WON’T LET IT HAPPEN, asshat. (Ok, McCain didn’t say this, but he really should have).
Question 4 - Brokaw – amazingly, an Internet question from someone who was alive in the REAL great depression. What or who will you sacrifice?
McCain – I’m down with sacrificing. Everything stops. Slash and burn, baby. Except the Military, because that’s down right un-American to not support them. Everything else? No mas.
Obama – Let me tell you about a little story I’ve dubbed 9-11. On that day, as you may remember, that idiot Bush, who is also John McCain in drag, said go shopping. But…umm…really we should have civilians acting like the military so that umm…peace corp radicals can give the homicidal maniacs in the Army a break, and…ummm….public service, and…energy savings, wow, that’s tough at home, and I’m going to cut spending too! Yessiree! So long as I don’t cut one of my very important hope and change initiatives.
McCain – Good lord, man, what the hell did you just say? In using my handy, dandy Obama decoder ring, I understand you to say you are going to tax those “rich” people who earn $250K and more? Don’t you get that would be lots of small business owners and if you do this, they won’t be able to employ people? I won’t do that because its just a dumb idea. I say keep your money! Employ those people! Why? Because it makes sense, such a simple concept, isn’t it? (the throwing up republicans from earlier feel better now)
Obama – Hey! He was mean so I get to break the rules!
Brokaw – shut up, barry.
Question 5 – tell the world about Social Security
Obama – obviously, McCain will screw it up. Medicare will be toast too. But let me talk about that tax thing, even though you told me to shut up. I am NOT going to tax many small business owners. The ones that will get taxed? Screw ‘em (from KOS!!).
McCain – Are you able to focus at all, Senator? Ever? Shheesh. Let me answer the question for reals. I will fix it – its not so hard. Can the ear marks, get to work like Reagan did. Since Obama brought it up, though, he is going to tax and spend like a drunken sailor!
Question 6 – How are YOU planning to save all the butterflies in this big polluted world?
McCain – See, I am not George Bush. You know why? Because he doesn’t believe in Green. He is just so not with it. I feel we must take all sorts of steps to be green. Yes, we should. And you know what is green? Nukes, and I support nukes. But I don’t like George Bush all that much, because he doesn’t care about the environment, and I am greener than any San Fran loony out there.. (Republicans throwing up again)
Obama – I like Nukes and drilling too! Maybe. Or maybe I don’t. I’m not really sure. But I agree with McCain! Or maybe I don’t, do I? Hey! Shiny thing! Oh, how about if we give some stuff to China? Would that be green? If they are dollars, its green.
Stay tuned for part 2 -
